Terms of Service

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of KeepaVault ("the extension", "we", "our"). By installing KeepaVault or creating an account, you agree to these Terms.

1. What KeepaVault is

KeepaVault is a browser extension and associated cloud service that saves and loads filter preset configurations for Keepa Product Finder. It is a free tool provided by WhiteKnight Software FZCO, trading as KeepaVault.

KeepaVault is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Keepa GmbH or Amazon.com, Inc. "Keepa" is a trademark of Keepa GmbH; "Amazon" is a trademark of Amazon.com, Inc. We use these names only to describe what the extension works with.

2. Your account

To save and sync presets you need a KeepaVault account (email + password). You are responsible for keeping your password secure and for all activity that happens under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, email us immediately at [email protected].

You can delete your account at any time from inside the extension's Settings panel. When you do, your account and all associated preset data is permanently removed from our systems.

3. Acceptable use

You agree not to:

• Use KeepaVault for any unlawful purpose or in violation of Keepa's or Amazon's own terms of service.
• Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or tamper with the extension beyond what's permitted by applicable law.
• Attempt to probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of KeepaVault's infrastructure, or bypass any security mechanism.
• Use KeepaVault to store or transmit malicious code, spam, or content that infringes on third-party rights.
• Create multiple accounts to circumvent any limits or restrictions we may introduce in the future.
• Sell, resell, sublicense, or otherwise commercially exploit access to KeepaVault.

4. Your content

The filter presets you save in KeepaVault belong to you. You grant us a limited licence to store, retrieve, and sync them for the purpose of providing the service. We will not read, share, sell, or analyse the content of your presets except as required to operate the service or comply with a valid legal request.

5. Pricing

KeepaVault is currently free to use. If we introduce optional paid features or add-on products in the future, they will be clearly labelled and you will not be automatically charged for anything.

6. Disclaimers

KeepaVault is provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranty of any kind, express or implied, including but not limited to warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. We do not guarantee that the extension will be uninterrupted, error-free, or compatible with every future version of Keepa or Chrome.

We are not responsible for any sourcing or purchasing decisions you make using filters saved in KeepaVault. The extension is a productivity tool; the decisions are yours.

7. Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, in no event will WhiteKnight Software FZCO or its affiliates be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or special damages arising out of or in connection with your use of KeepaVault, even if we have been advised of the possibility of such damages.

8. Termination

You may stop using KeepaVault at any time by uninstalling the extension and deleting your account. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate any account that violates these Terms, at our discretion, with or without notice. We will make reasonable efforts to notify you before terminating an account except where immediate action is required to protect the service or other users.

9. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via the extension or our website. Continued use of KeepaVault after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

10. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms or your use of KeepaVault will be resolved in the courts of Dubai, United Arab Emirates, unless required otherwise by applicable consumer-protection law in your jurisdiction.
